DeployLaunch helps people create simple public pages for businesses, services, portfolios, and local contact. Page owners are responsible for their own content, visitors should verify details directly, and the platform may moderate or remove content that creates legal, safety, spam, or trust issues.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply when you access DeployLaunch, create an account, manage a public page, submit an enquiry, read blog content, or otherwise use the platform. By using DeployLaunch, you agree to use it lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm other users, visitors, businesses, individuals, or the platform.
2. What DeployLaunch provides
DeployLaunch provides tools for creating and managing simple public pages. These pages may be used by local businesses, service providers, coaching centres, salons, clinics, repair providers, freelancers, job seekers, students, creators, and other professionals. Features may include profile information, contact details, listings, gallery images, business hours or availability, legal pages, blog content, enquiry forms, WhatsApp links, phone links, and map links.
DeployLaunch is an informational platform. It is not a marketplace, payment processor, logistics provider, employer, staffing agency, medical provider, professional adviser, or party to transactions between page owners and visitors.
3. Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately at support@deploylaunch.com.
Account access may be limited, suspended, or removed if information is misleading, if the account is used for spam, fraud, impersonation, abuse, illegal content, repeated policy violations, or activity that may damage platform trust.
4. Public page content
Page owners are responsible for the names, descriptions, photos, prices, contact details, qualifications, claims, links, legal pages, portfolio items, service descriptions, job-seeker information, and all other content they publish. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and display any images, logos, testimonials, certificates, portfolio work, or third-party references.
You must not publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, unsafe, spammy, or designed to mislead visitors. You must not impersonate another person, brand, business, institution, clinic, employer, government office, or professional body.
5. Review and moderation
New public pages may require administrator approval before publication. Approval means only that the page may appear on DeployLaunch; it is not verification, certification, recommendation, endorsement, or a guarantee of the page owner, business, individual, service, price, qualification, license, availability, or quality.
We may reject, hide, edit visibility, suspend, or remove pages or content when we believe it violates these terms, creates legal or safety risk, damages trust, contains spam, or is unsuitable for the platform.
6. Enquiries and visitor communication
Visitors may contact page owners through forms, phone links, WhatsApp links, email links, or third-party services. Page owners are responsible for responding to enquiries, handling visitor communication respectfully, and complying with applicable laws when using visitor contact details.
Visitors should not submit abusive, false, spam, or unlawful enquiries. The platform may rate-limit, block, or remove abusive enquiry activity.
7. Transactions, hiring, and services
Any purchase, appointment, admission, consultation, project, collaboration, employment discussion, freelance engagement, refund, warranty, service delivery, interview, or dispute is between the visitor and the relevant page owner. DeployLaunch does not collect payments, guarantee outcomes, verify job offers, verify candidates, provide warranties, or become a party to these arrangements.
8. Blog and educational content
Blog articles and guides are provided for general information. They may help users think about websites, portfolios, local business presence, and digital trust, but they are not legal, tax, medical, financial, hiring, or professional advice. You should verify important decisions with qualified professionals where needed.
9. Third-party links and services
DeployLaunch pages may link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, phone services, email providers, websites, social media, GitHub, LinkedIn, payment links, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, safety, or security.
10. Platform availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Maintenance, technical issues, misuse, legal requirements, or operational decisions may affect availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DeployLaunch is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate page content, visitor decisions, transactions, hiring discussions, service disputes, third-party links, temporary platform unavailability, account misuse, or reliance on general informational content.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use of DeployLaunch after changes means you accept the updated terms.
