We collect information needed to run accounts, publish public pages, receive enquiries, prevent abuse, and support users. Public page information is intentionally visible. Enquiry details are shared with the page owner receiving the enquiry.
1. Information we collect from account holders
When a person creates or manages a DeployLaunch account, we may collect name, email address, phone number, password, page name, page type, category, tagline, description, logo, banner image, gallery images, listings, services, portfolio items, business hours or availability, address, city, state, PIN code, website links, notification preferences, and other information entered into the dashboard.
2. Public page information
Information intentionally added to a public page may be visible to anyone after the page is approved or published. This can include business or profile name, phone number, city, address, email, website, descriptions, service listings, prices or fee notes, photos, portfolio items, legal pages, and availability information. Page owners should not publish information they want to keep private.
3. Visitor enquiry information
When a visitor submits an enquiry, we may collect the submitted name, phone number, email address, message, page contacted, IP address, browser or device metadata, and submission time. Enquiry information is made available to the owner of the page receiving the enquiry so they can respond.
4. Technical and usage information
We may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, log entries, security events, form submissions, and general usage activity. This helps us operate the service, detect errors, improve performance, prevent spam, and protect accounts.
5. How we use information
We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, publish public pages, display page content, deliver enquiries, send notifications, moderate pages, prevent abuse, provide support, improve platform features, maintain security, comply with law, and communicate important service updates.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with the relevant page owner when a visitor sends an enquiry. We may also share information with service providers needed to host, maintain, secure, email, analyze, or operate the platform. Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, safety concerns, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our Terms of Use.
7. Third-party services
Public pages may include links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, phone services, email clients, websites, social media, GitHub, LinkedIn, or other third-party platforms. If you open or use those services, their privacy policies apply. DeployLaunch does not control those services.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics, and platform operation. Cookies can help keep users signed in, protect forms from abuse, remember preferences, measure general usage, and improve reliability.
9. Advertising, analytics, and Google services
If DeployLaunch uses Google AdSense, Google Analytics, or similar third-party advertising or analytics services, those providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, browser information, and similar technologies to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, limit abuse, and understand site usage. Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies on a visitor browser or use web beacons or IP addresses as a result of ad serving or analytics on this website.
Google may use data from visits to this site and other sites to provide, measure, and improve ads. Visitors can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at Google partner sites policy page. Visitors can also manage ad personalization through Google ad settings and browser cookie controls. Where required by law, additional consent tools or notices may be shown before optional cookies or personalized advertising features are used.
10. Data retention
We retain account, page, enquiry, log, and support information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform policies. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and operational requirements.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. However, no internet service can guarantee complete security. Account holders should use strong passwords, protect their devices, and avoid sharing login credentials.
12. Your choices and requests
Account holders can update most page information from the dashboard. Requests to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete account information may be sent to privacy@deploylaunch.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
13. Children and sensitive information
DeployLaunch is not designed for children to create accounts without appropriate authority. Users should avoid publishing sensitive personal, medical, financial, identity, or confidential information unless necessary and lawful. Clinics, professionals, and service providers are responsible for complying with laws that apply to their field.
